Where are we?
Central Indiana includes Indianapolis and eight surrounding counties. Anchored by the state’s capital and largest city, the region is home to a diverse concentration of advanced industries, large employers, and several other unique assets that situate it as the state’s primary center of economic activity.

Where are we going?
The Indy Chamber and Central Indiana Corporate Partnership are among the many organizations pushing Central Indiana’s regional development efforts. Indianapolis is one of the few mid-sized, middle-American metros capable of competing with coastal tech hubs.
