Where are we?
The six counties in West Central Indiana—Clay, Parke, Putnam, Sullivan, Vermillion, and Vigo—have been home to a variety of manufacturers through the years (e.g., food processing, aluminum, electronic media, chemicals, etc.). A number of higher education institutions are also located in the region, including Indiana State University, DePauw University, and the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.

The West Central Indiana Economic Development Corporation covers this region, which is positioned near the Illinois boarder and along the route from Indianapolis to St. Louis. West Central Indiana remains an ideal home for a number of advanced manufacturing and logistics companies.
